Rental Policy

Delivery

As some products require set-up, the delivery time ahead of events varies. Based on the items you are renting, the time required for set-up, and your venue’s policies, we will work with you to determine the appropriate delivery time to ensure your items are set up and ready before your guests arrive. As your rental fee is for time of use and not for time out of inventory, we offer flexibility to make the delivery convenient for you.

Delivery fees for ground level at your event location are included in your rental fee. Please note that there may be additional charges if items need to be carried to a location other than the parking site. Arrangements must be made at the time you place your order for such requests, as we must allow enough time to carry the items.

Reserving Your Equipment

All Equipment is reserved on a "first-come, first-serve" basis. We suggest you reserve your Equipment as soon as possible to ensure availability for your event.

A 50% down payment is due at the time that you place your order. No order is confirmed until we receive the down payment. The remaining balance is due 10 days prior to delivery.

We accept all major credit cards, bank transfers, or checks. Upon execution of your agreement, you will be invoiced electronically, and payments may be made online via a payment link for your convenience.

Order Changes

Items may be added to the order up until the day before your event. We will make every reasonable effort to accommodate such requests; however, any changes are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. If changes are made within 10 days of your event, payment in full for the additional items will be required at the time of the change.

Cancellation Policy

If you cancel 30 days before your event, all deposits are fully refundable.

If you cancel 10 days before the event, your 50% down payment is non-refundable. Any additional monies paid will be refunded.

Cancellation within 10 days of your event will result in the forfeiture of all monies paid. No refund will be issued.

Set-Up/Breakdown

Set-up and breakdown is included for all rentals. Based on the items you are renting, the time required for set-up will vary. We will work with you to determine the appropriate delivery time to ensure your items are set up and ready before your guests arrive. To avoid potential damage to the Equipment, we ask that you and/or guests do not attempt to break down the Equipment.

At the time of delivery and completion of set-up, you shall have the opportunity to inspect and, if applicable, test the equipment in our presence.  Any defects, malfunctions, or discrepancies must be documented.

At the time of pick-up, before breakdown, we will inspect all Equipment to again verify its condition. 

Responsibility

Responsibility for rental items remains with you from set-up to breakdown. It is your responsibility to exercise due care in the use, maintenance, and safekeeping of the Equipment. Equipment may not be altered, repaired, or serviced without our prior written approval. You assume responsibility for any loss, theft, or damage to the Equipment from the time of setup until its return, regardless of cause, as well as prompt reimbursement for the cost of repair or replacement, including associated expenses such as transportation or loss of use.
