As the Pawductivity Manager, Mack is responsible for ensuring peak efficiency and team morale through a balance of structured work and playful breaks. Key duties include:
Monitoring team efficiency with strategic “lap visits” to prevent burnout.
Conducting real-time audits of employee lunches to prevent “subpar sandwich quality.”
Scheduling mandatory outdoor brainstorming sessions disguised as walks.
Providing motivational speeches through enthusiastic tail thumps.
Overseeing employee focus by interrupting workflow with ball drops at strategic times.
Monitoring snack distribution and enforcing strict fairness policies (first come, first served… unless it’s his).
Leading morale-boosting sessions via tail-wagging sprints.
Offering executive coaching through long, soulful eye contact and quiet sighs.
Promoting workplace balance with carefully timed nap demonstrations.
Qualifications:
Expert in time management (knows exactly when it’s treat o’clock).
Experience in conflict resolution (diffuses tension with puppy eyes).
3+ years’ experience in lap visitation and keyboard interference strategies.
